| Description | The king, being about to set out to Boulogne, begs the clergy of Scotland to keep peace in that realm. Addressed to the bishops of Aberdeen, Dunkeld, Ross, Brechin, Whithorn and Caithness, the abbots of Melrose, Jedburgh, Kelso, Holyrood, Newbattle, Dunfermline, Scone, Coupar Angus and Arbroath and the prior of St Andrews. Similar to the nobles and to be obedient to the earl of Richmond.
