| Description | Charter by William, Earl of Ross, Lord of Sky, to Robert de Munroo of Westerlogy, and his heirs, for faithful service rendered and to be rendered, of the davach land of Pethnadwy and of Morverach, which grant is also made in default of warrandice of the land of Findon in the Barony of Awach, which Lord Hugh, progenitor of said Earl William, granted to the father of said Robert for faithful service; to be held of said William, Earl of Ross and his heirs, in fee and heritage, under reservation to said Earl of Ross and his heirs of the woods of le Derwerach to the top of the hill thereof, and granting to said Robert and his heirs for their said land liberty and use of the woods of le Neboh and Kanrwe as often as necessary for building and repair; said Robert and his heirs rendering therefor one pair of white gloves or 3d sterling yearly at Whitsunday and also each year 3 suits at the Earl's court of le Derwerach and forensic service to the King such as pertains to a devach land; with clause of warrandice.
