Robertus Dei gracia rex Scottorum omnibus probis hominibus tocius terre sue clericis et laicis salutem. Sciatis nos cartam bone memorie Willelmi comitis de Rosse domini de Sky de mandato nostro visam lectam et diligenter respectam non abolitam non cancellatam nec in aliqua sui parte suspectam intellexisse ad plenum, in hec verba.— Omnibus hanc cartam visuris vel audituris Willelmus comes de Rosse dominus de Sky salutem in Domino. Confirmation of Paul Mctyre.

By the grace of God, Robert, king of the Scots, hastened to all good men the greetings of his land to the clergy and laity. Let it be known that we have read the charter in good memory of William Count de Rosse, lord of Sky, at our command, and have carefully observed it, not canceled it, not canceled it, nor in any part suspected of it, understood it in full, in these words. Salvation in the Lord from Sky. By these witnesses, the venerable father in Christ and the Lord Alexander, by the grace of God, bishop of Rossen, our brother Hugh de Rosse, Henry Senescalli, Johanne de Tarale, Eumondo de Wytona, with many others. in all things and through all things alike in form and effect we ratify, approve, and confirm for us and our heirs in perpetuity. In witness whereof we have ordered our seal to be affixed to the present charter of our confirmation. In witness of the venerable fathers William and Patrick of St. Andrew and the bishops of the churches of Brechin, by the grace of God, our firstborn John, earl of Carrick, seneschal of Scotland, Robert, earl of Fyf, and Menetethe, our beloved son, William, earl of Douglas, George, earl of Dunbar Marquis, John de Carric, canon of Glasgow, our chancellor, Hugh de Eglynton, and Robert de Erskyn, soldiers.
