Robertus Dei gracia rex Scottorum omnibus probis hominibus suis ad quos presentes litere pervenerint salutem . Sciatis nos dedisse concessisse et hac presenti carta nostra confirmasse caris sime socie nostre Eufamie regine Scocie, castrum nostrum lacus de Levyn cum pertinenciis, et ad sustentacionem ejusdem castri terras infra scriptas, videlicet Enachre, Caskygoure, Glaslochy, Bondland de Kynrosse, cotagia et molen dinum ac annuos redditus hostilagiorum ville de Kynrosse, necnon terram de Cultbuy, duo Tulyocheis, Maucuych, Latherathe, Tomenaygne, Drumgarlet, Techyntulchy, Achteveny, Mauuerler et medietatem ville de Urwelle, Croft martyn, bracinam, Brochlache et annuum redditum de Culcarny, cum pertinenciis, infra vicecomitatum de Kynrosse· Tenendum et habendum dicte Eufamie socie nostre, et carissimo filio nostro et suo David comiti de Stratherne et eorum alteri diucius viventi,castrum terrasmolen dinum et annuos' redditus supradictos cum pertinenciis de nobis et heredibu nostris, per omnes rectas metas et divisas suas, libere quiete plenarie integre et honorifice, cum omnibus libertatibus commoditatibus aysiamentis et justis pertinenciis quibuscunque ad prefatum castrum terras molendinum et annuos redditus spectantibus seu juste spectare valentibus infuturum, pro toto tempore vite dictorum socie nostre et David filii nostri et sui et cujuslibeth eorundem . Queen Euphemia's charter.

Robert, by the grace of God, king of the Scots, sent greetings to all his honest men, to whom the present had literally arrived. Be it known that we have granted and confirmed by this present charter to our dear friend Euphemia, Queen of Scots, our castle of Lake Levyn with its appurtenances, and for the maintenance of the same castle the lands written below, viz. and the annual rents of the hostile town of Kynrosse, as well as the land of Cultbuy, the two Tulyocheis, Maucuych, Latherathe, Tomenaygne, Drumgarlet, Techyntulchy, Achteveny, Mauuerler, and half the town of Urwelle, Croft martyn, the brewery, Brochlache, and the annual rent of Culcarny, with their appurtenances, below the sheriffdom of Kynross · To be held and held by the said Euphamie our partner, and our dearest son and David the Earl of Strathern and the other of them living longer, the castle of Terrasmolen and the annual rents aforesaid with the appurtenances of us and our heirs, by all the right measures and their divisions, free and quiet, fully intact and honorable, with all the liberties, easements, easements, and just appurtenances to any of the aforesaid castle lands of mills and annual rents, or those who are justly able to look, for the whole time the life of the aforesaid, our partner and David our son and his and any of them .
