Title Notarial Transumpt by authority of Thomas Menelaw Provost of the Collegiate Church of St. Duthae of Tayne of a Document by Alexander Stewart Earl of Buchan Lord of Ross and Badzenach declaring that Andrew Terrell appeared by his procurators before his Lordship in a Court held at Dingwall
Description And declared that the Charter by which he held the Lands of Terrell was burnt in the Church of Tarbet and that his predecessor John called Boner was heritably infeft in the said Land by Charter of Infeftment from William Father of Hugh Earl of Ross for his homage and Service and for answering three suits at the three head Courts of the Earldom of Ross.

This Document is dated at Dingwall and the Transumpt is dated 8th October 1487.
