| Description | And declared that the Charter by which he held the Lands of Terrell was burnt in the Church of Tarbet and that his predecessor John called Boner was heritably infeft in the said Land by Charter of Infeftment from William Father of Hugh Earl of Ross for his homage and Service and for answering three suits at the three head Courts of the Earldom of Ross.
