Title Instrument of Transumpt of a Charter by Euphemia Countess of Ross daughter and heir of the deceased William Earl of Ross in her pure widowhood to John Comyne her cousin
Description For his homage and Service of the davach Lands of Pollane with Esterseton Mill and Smithy thereof with their Sequels Wilkcroft, Parkhill etc. which were to be held of the Granter and her heirs in feu and heritage for answering three suits at the three head Courts to be held at Kynardy

The Charter is dated at Dingwall 14th March 1381 and this Transumpt is dated 30th May 1395.
