Title Charter by John of Yle Earl of Ross and Lord of the Isles to his Lovite and native Squire Donald Corbatt of the Lands of Easter Arde with the pertinents in the Earldom of Ross and Shire of Inverness which belonged heritably to the deceased John Tullach and were resigned by him into the Granter's hands
Description To be held by the said Donald Corbatt and his heirs whom failing by Margaret Corbatt his Daughter and the heirs begotten between her and the foresaid John Tullach of the Granter and his heirs and successors Earls of Ross in feu and heritage for ever for rendering yearly three suits at the three head Courts to be held at Kynnardy.

Sealed with the Granters Seal and dated at Tayne.
