David, king of Scots, with the consent of the most excellent prince, Lord Edward, king of England, and of the prelates, nobles and others of his kingdom of Scotland, by the special request of the venerable fathers in Christ and Lords John, archbishop of York, primate of England, Thomas, bishop of Durham, and Gilbert, bishop of Carlisle, and the noble men Henry de Percy, Ralph de Neville, Henry Lescrope and Thomas Musgrave on the part of the king of England; and the reverend fathers in Christ William, bishop of St Andrews, Thomas, bishop of Caithness, and Patrick, bishop of Brechin, chancellor of Scotland, and the beloved and faithful men Patrick, earl of March, Robert Erskine and William of Livingston knights, for his part, have deliberated over the indenture of final concord, quoted in full here.
