Usage
This template can be added to any page referencing a PoMS document to include the full citation. The short citation should be added in the text of the article using {{Poms document}}.
Alternately, this template can be used to cite a specific document. The previous approach is prefered.
To create full citation for a specific document enter the document, or calendar, number, and the url ID.
The url ID appears in the Parmalink displayed at the top of the document page. The document number appears after the word 'Document' in the title of the page and in the 'Calendar Number' field in the chart below.
To create a citation:
{{Poms full|url|calendar|today}}
For example, the following is PoMS's citation format for King David I’s gift of Annandale to Robert de Brus:
- PoMS, H1/4/1 (https://poms.ac.uk/record/source/139; accessed 11/06/12)
This citation would be created using {{Poms full|139|1/4/1|11 Jun 12}}.
For pages pertaining to people instead of documents, use {{Poms person}}.
