Y-DNA
One descendant of Eli Ross (1805-1885) has tested and he is a match to Y-DNA R Haplogroup - Family 01. Family researchers have determine that he is probably the grandson of William Ross Sr. (-c1811) through Charles T. Ross.[1] More testing is needed to confirm this lineage.
