| Title | Papal bull of Clement VII addressed to Donald, abbot of New Fearne, of the Premonstratensian order, confirming to the said abbey liberties and immunities formerly granted by Urban IV, viz: the site on which the monastery is built, vicarage of church of St. Colman in Terbert, chapel of BVM in Cathabul, teinds sheaves of Alen in Terbert, pertaining to said vicar, 4 acres of land next the said church, with free passage in harbours of Ardnacolternach, Hardnanen and Ardnadoler, land called Dav(ach)naclerach near the towns of Cathabul and Gathern, land in place called Innerladour, coal and wood from the woods pertaining to the Earl of Ross, which deceased Ferchard, earl of Ross, gave to said monastery, 1 acre of land in Terbert, annualrent of 21b wax over lands there, another of 81b wax in town called Conten, 2 `mensuras' commonly called davachs, in Innercharron, pasture in H[----]hmaguli and Braghlugudi and Salki, fishing on the water of Okeal in the place called Banaff and the fishings called Choro in town of Kyncardin, 1 davach in town called Greater Fern, and half a davach in Lesser Fern, land in place called Archanagart, fishing and passage and 1½ davachs in Dwne, 3 davachs in towns called Rathne and Pitkeri, loch called Lochlin, 1 davach in Gathne, 1 davach there, 2 davachs in towns of Rochani and Balmochi, 1 davach in Cathbulnacrene and half a davach in Lochclawak.
