Description Instrument of Sasine given by Mr Henry Bailzie, student of theology in Inverness, as bailie, to Alexander McIntosche, in Contulich, as attorney for Issobella Graham, spouse of Lachlan McIntosche of Kinrara, of the liferent of the towns and lands of Upper and Nether Contulich, and the pendicle of Ardach, with the mill and mill lands of Contulich, in the barony of Foullis, proceeding on a precept in a charter, dated 28 Jun 1675, granted by said Lachlan McIntosche. Witnesses to the charter, Hector McKenzie of Assin, Alexander McIntosche, in Contulich, John McGilchreist, there, and David Ros, notary public. Witnesses to sasine, Donald McEan VicAlister, in Assin, George Groudir, in Contulich, and Donald Mansone, there. Notary, said David Ros. Registered in the Particular Register of Sasines for Inverness, etc, 20 Aug 1675
