Description	Charter by William Earl of Ross Lord of Sky to his beloved cousin ('dilecto consanguineo') Hugh de Munro, for his faithful service rendered and to be rendered during his time and also for the laudable service of his father lately killed in defence of said earl, of the davach of land of Catuell with le 'fortyre' which is called Badgarwy, under exception of mills and multures; to be held by said Hugh and his heirs of said earl and his heirs in fee and heritage, in woods and plains, etc, meadows and grazings, etc, fishings, hunting and hawking, and also with inhabitants and neyfs thereof, and with all and sundry liberties, etc, belonging to said land, as freely as any other land within the Kingdom of Scotland granted by any earl or baron for good deeds; said Hugh and his heirs rendering to said earl and his heirs a pair of white gloves or one silver penny at the said earl's castle of Dyngwale at Whitsunday, if asked, in name of blench-farm for suits of court, ward and relief, and marriage and for all other service, aid, burden, exaction, etc, required from said land; and doing forensic service to the King relative to said land; with clause of warrandice. Witnesses, Alexander, bishop of Ross, Donald, abbot of Feryn, Adam de Wrqwerd, Mr William de Lychtona, Henry Stewart, John de Tarrell. At Dyngwale (Dingwall)
