David Dei gracia rex Scottorum omnibus, etc. Sciatis nos approbasse, etc., donacionem illam et concessionem quas Thomas comes de Marre fecit Johanni de Rosse , de terra de Gilcolmystona cum pertinenciis, infra vicecomitatum de Abirdene . Tenenda et habenda eidem Johanni et Johanne sponse sue et heredibus suis in feodo et hereditate , etc. , adeo libere, etc., sicut carta sive litere predicti comitis eidem Johanni inde confecte in se plenius continent juste et proportant . Salvo servicio nostro . In cujus rei, etc. Apud Abirden , decimo sexto die Novembris anno regni nostri tricesimo tercio .
