Preceptum Carte Appreciationis HUGONIS ROS de Kilrawak - super tota et integra solari dimedietate omnium et singularum terrarum de Altare , cum pertinentiis , jacen . infra vic . de Elgin et Fores, que fuit Alexandri Cummyng de Altare hereditarie et debite appreciat . pro summa quadrin gintarum mercarum monete Scotie per ipsum dicto Hugoni debita , etc. Per Signetum . xs. xiv . 37.[1]

Translation

At Edinburgh, 18 Dec.

Precept of the Carte Appreciation of HUGH ROS de Kilravock - over the entire and complete solar half of all the individual lands of the Altar, with their appurtenances. below the village of Elgin and Fores, which was Alexandri Cummyng of Altar by inheritance and due appreciation. for the sum of four hundred guineas of the money of Scotland due to the said Hugh by him, etc. By Signet.
