This template returns a information based on a parish number. It called by {{ScotlandsPeople OPR}} and {{ScotlandsPeople church full}}.

Parish numbers are provided by ScotlandsPeople in the search results and also on the image page when a copy of the record is purchased. These parish numbers correspond, for the most part, with the parish numbers found in the Detailed List of the Old Parochial Registers of Scotland.

Usage

To return just the name of the parish:

{{Parish number|parish_no|name}}

To return the page title of the parish article:

{{Parish number|parish_no|pagename}}

To return the page number in the Detailed List of the Old Parochial Registers of Scotland:

{{Parish number|parish_no|page}}

To return the parish number as a sortable number, i.e. 2 as 002 or 86/A as 086/A:

{{Parish number|parish_no|parish_number}}
